Returns Policy

If you are not completely satified with your purchase, no problem. Our return policy allows you to return your items and recieve a refund. Almost all refunds a processed on the same day the returned item is received.

At Alvadolly, we strive to describe and display our products as accurately and realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes the items you receive are not what you expected them to be.

Before Returning The Items
Before you consider to return your item, please check the below:

If you think there is a visual defect, blemish, or scratch on the wooden mechanical models, most of the time this is the plastic seal covering the wooden mechanical models so please double check and feel the texture to see if it's covered. This also applies to bracelets and clasps.
Returning Unwanted Items
Once your return has been processed, you will be refunded to the original payment method you used to place your order.

In order to return one or more items as unwanted for a refund, the following conditions apply:

Items must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with all instructions, warranty and extras that were included.
Earrings, navels and other items of peirced jewellery cannot be returned unless the tamper evident seal or sealed bag is still intact.
If any visual defect is found on the item upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours.
Some watches require adjustment to ensure a proper fit. Please refer to our Bracelet Adjustment Policy to ensure that you maintain your eligibility for a refund.

How To Return Items

To ensure that we can process your return quickly and efficiently, please follow the following instructions:

Along with the original dispatch note, include a cover note in the package to explain the reason you are returning the item. If you have misplaced your original dispatch note, please include your order number in the cover note.
You will need to pack your items securely and send them to the following address (we advise that you do this using a tracked service).

Refunds
When we receive the item, our returns department will confirm that everything is present and in its original condition to ensure that it is eligible for a refund.

Our team strives to process refunds as quickly as possible and most refunds are process on the same day that they are received. Once processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to place the order. We will notify you when your refund has been issued. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for the money to reach your account. Please note, if your order had the multibasket discount applied for purchasing more than one product and you are returning one of the products, the promotion is no longer applicable and your refund will be adjusted to account for this.

Faulty Items
If you experience a manufacturing defect with your item(s) within the first 30 days of ownership, you will be entitled to a replacement provided that you inform us within the 30 days.

If you experience a manufacturing defect with your item(s) and return it outside of the first 30 days of ownership, we will require your item to be sent for repair.

Faulty items must be returned using the same process as outlined above. If returned by standard postage we will offer a refund of up to £5. For full details on your rights in relation to faulty products, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Please note that your items may have a limited warranty from the manufacturer and therefore some faults are not covered by the warranty and will be charged for.
